Lost in Delivery - Never Arrived to Borrowing Library

A request will automatically go into the Not Received status after being Shipped for a certain amount of days with no change in status.  

If the item was never delivered to the Borrowing Library:

 

  • Contact the Lending Library to see if the item is on their shelves.  If the item is available, the Lending Library can send the item through delivery to the Borrowing Library.  
    • When delivered, the item can be Received in ComCat and used as normal. 

 

  • If the item is not on the shelf, contact the Massachusetts Library System office to see if the item was misplaced in the delivery system.
