According to ComCat policy, patrons are only allowed a maximum of 10 active requests at a time. This chart explains what kind of requests count toward that total. Whether or not the request "Appears in My Account" determines whether or not a patron can see the request when they log into ComCat.
*May 2025 Update: As of the 5/21 ComCat upgrade, requests in “Awaiting Lenders” and “ILL Review Awaiting Lenders” will count toward the ILL Request Limit and will show in the patron’s “Items from other libraries” list.
