Item was never marked "received"

Sometimes, an item cannot be marked "Received" by the borrowing library for some reason.

If/when the item is no longer needed and the borrower needs to send it back to the lending library, they will not see the option to "Return" the item. 

If this is the case:

  • Change the status of the item to "Lost."
  • From the lost status, you will be able to select "Return." 
  • Proceed with sending the item back per usual.
