Patron account is blocked

When placing a request on behalf of a patron, staff may see the message "Patron account is blocked" and be unable to proceed with the request. 

Blocks on patron accounts come from the local system and are not initiated from ComCat. Please check if there are any limitations set on the patron's account in the ILS and resolve any issues (fines, exceeded limits, expired card, etc.) that would prevent the patron from placing additional requests. Contact your network's office if the problem persists.
